CFTC: Producers build in CCAs, RGAs through V26 long positions

Regulated entities increased their net lengths and reduced their net shorts, respectively, in their California Carbon Allowance (CCA) and RGGI Allowance (RGA) combined futures and options holdings, primarily by opening new long positions in the V26s, according to the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
